SGI Property Management manages all of the Group’s real estate and other assets, as well as managing assets for third party clients.

It is headed by Mr. Husam Shawa and his experienced Team, which is spread over Canada, Europe, and the Arabian Gulf.

SGI Property Management offers a wide range of services that includes: Acquisitions, development, redevelopment, repositioning, asset management, property and facilities management, and dispositions.

Specific investment analysis, negotiations, due diligence, completion of real estate transactions, financing and subsequent all-inclusive property management services.

SGI Drones

SGI Property Management has a small fleet of commercial-grade drones with high-definition broadcast-grade cameras deployed at its various locations. They are being used on regular basis to produce videos, still photos, and other media at our various properties, projects, resorts and joint venture projects.
