- Emergia Inc. (Real Estate Ownership & Development-Property Management). SGI is the Co-founder and shareholder. SGI Capital’s In-House Team took the Delma Group Public
- Physinorth Acquisitions Corp. (TSX – Venture, Toronto). SGI is one of the 3 largest founders and shareholders. SGI Capital’s In-House Team was part of the team that took Physinorth Public

- Medical: Premier Soin Inc.:This Company will be publicly listed in Canada in 2019. premiersoin.ca. SGI is the second largest shareholder. Premier Soin provides healthcare institutions with a team of experienced, qualified and efficient professionals. This includes long-term and short-term staff in the following fields:
- health professionals
- nurses
- respiratory therapists
- coordinators
- nursing assistants
- beneficiary attendants
- technicians
- other health professionals
- Medical and Adapted Transport: Premier Soin is a licensed carrier for all medical needs, including interhospital transportation or for a group outings.
- Industry: Shawwa Plastics shawwaplastics.com, Egypt. Plastics manufacturing group that has operations, plants, an R&D center, distributions centers, and sales outlets in the Middle East, Europe, and Africa. The Group is one of the largest plastic manufacturers in Egypt in injection molding, rotational molding, and blow molding, among others.
- Media: The Group’s media division provides news reports for TV, radio, Internet, and print media in Canada, the United States, and the Middle East.
